Villa Shimunelka
The beautiful, modern Villa Shimunelka is located in the small coastal village of Peroj, just a few minutes' drive from Pula. This two-storey villa is set on a 4000m2 plot surrounded by pine trees. The open plan first floor consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, a bathroom and a beautifully decorated bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor you will find two more comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning. Next to the house is a covered wellness area with a jacuzzi and a bathroom. From the wellness area you have direct access to the large lawn. Villa Shimunelka has bicycles available for you to explore and discover the surrounding area. The special feature of this villa is the human table football! Spend a fun time with your friends and family while playing this extraordinary game. Even though the villa does not have a pool, we are sure you will enjoy the nearby beaches.
