The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Children can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is located in a separate room without a door and is equipped to a high standard. The freezer offers sufficient space for cooling the fish you have caught. You can relax on the spacious terrace and have breakfast with the whole family. Sun loungers are available so that you can unwind here. On rainy days, you can warm up in the sauna and then cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove in the living area. An iron and ironing board are available for your convenience during your holiday. This holiday home has a fast fibre optic connection. The Wardersee bathing area is located directly on the edge of the holiday village, approx. 200 metres away. Here you can cool off on a warm summer's day or relax on the sunbathing lawn. Please note that it is not permitted to use any kind of watercraft (boats, SUPs etc.). There is plenty of space for children to play and enjoy sports activities. Fishing enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here. There are three fishing ponds in the immediate vicinity from which you can choose your favourite. A special licence is required for fishing. There is also an 18-hole golf course for professionals or beginners on the other side of the lake. You can explore the diverse landscapes and wildlife of Schleswig-Holstein by bike or on foot. You can also go horse riding in the countryside thanks to the nearby riding centre. For children, the Trappenkamp adventure forest with its varied nature play areas, wildlife enclosures and adventure trails is a great destination.
