This modern part of a two-family house is located in the hills of Massarosa and offers a magnificent view of the Versilia sea and Lake Massaciuccoli. On the panoramic terrace you can have breakfast or lunch outside. A large well-kept garden with barbecue, table and chairs invites you to dine. The swimming pool with sun loungers invites you to relax, read a book or simply admire the surrounding landscape. Upstairs, the bedroom with three beds is a loft with a minimum height of 0.92 cm and a maximum height of 2.15 cm. Enjoy your vacation here away from the city traffic!
