From the combined living and dining area, you can reach the terrace with its own garden and box where you can enjoy Usedom's glorious hours of sunshine, fire up the barbecue or use the lawn for various games. In addition to patio furniture, there is also a beach chair and a sun lounger for relaxing or sunbathing. On cold days, you can warm up in the sauna or cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove in the living room. The sauna is located in the bathroom on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower. The fully equipped, high-quality fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances invites you to cook and enjoy meals together.
