You will immediately feel at home here thanks to the modern and high-quality furnishings. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace, where you can enjoy Usedom's glorious hours of sunshine. There are two seating areas with table and chairs as well as several sun loungers. On cold days, you can warm up in the infrared sauna. Afterwards you can make yourself comfortable in the living room with books or various games for children and adults, which are part of the house equipment. A Blu-Ray player and a Playstation 3 (with games and films for children and adults) are also available here, so you'll never be bored. The first bedroom has a cosy double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a cot with an extra mattress. Germany's second largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoilt nature. Here you are surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species and will find peace and relaxation as well as many leisure activities for the whole family. The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbour, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme spa can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to the many sights and the numerous lakes that run through the Usedom hinterland. There is a small, seasonal mini-market with bistro just 400 metres away. There is a charging station for electric cars approx. 500 m from the holiday home.
