This spacious vacation villa with private swimming pool and adjacent children's pool is distributed on two levels and has a garden plot of about 3000 m2, fully fenced and distributed on the four sides of the house. The outdoor area is equipped with wood-burning stove, barbecue, tables, chairs and parasol and is ideal to eat outside. The accommodation is located in Piano di Mommio, but is only 5 km from the beaches of Versilia. Other distances: 4 km Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, 8 km Pietrasanta, 14 km Forte dei Marmi, 25 km Lucca, 27 km Pisa, 72 km Cinque Terre , 93 km da Florence. Other distances and services: 0.7 km restaurant, 0.8 km riding stable, 1 km stores of all kinds and tennis court, 2 km supermarket, 4.7 km beaches, both free and with service (Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore), 14 km golf course, 18 km thermal baths. View of the Apuan Alps from both the house and the property. The entire property consists of a fenced plot of about 5000 m2, where there is also the cottage of the owner of the house, with whom guests share only the entrance avenue.
