This cosy holiday apartment with pool is located about 6 km above Mercatello sul Metauro in a romantic hilly position. The apartment belongs to a small organic farm with animal husbandry; it has ground-floor access to the kitchen-living room, with open fireplace and sofa bed (bunk beds); a comfortable bathroom (shower with hydromassage) and a bedroom with canopy bed. In front of the apartment there is a private covered seating area; slightly above is the fenced pool area with sun terraces and valley views (shared with two other holiday apartments). The owner offers her guests local cuisine in the in-house trattoria on request, as well as organic products from her own production. You can set off directly from the holiday apartment on foot or by bike to the swimming area in the torrent (5 km) or to Mercatello sul Metauro, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in the Marche region, with shops, restaurants and bars in the piazza. Local specialities are porcini mushrooms and truffles! The location is ideal for exploring the interesting towns in the surrounding area: SantAngelo in Vado 10 km, Urbino 35 km, Sansepolcro 42 km or for a day of swimming on the Adriatic (coast at Fano 70 km). Unpaved access road.
