The accommodation is in a strategic position for visiting the region: Chioggia (7 km), from where you can reach Venice by boat and the other beautiful cities of art (Padua, Vicenza, Treviso, Ferrara, Ravenna). In the evening, after your interesting excursions, you can spend a quiet evening, dine in the garden and enjoy the starry sky with the sea breeze. The accommodation is spread over two floors, which are connected by a staircase. The garden, surrounded by bushes and flowers, invites you to relax and sunbathe. A football pitch, volleyball net, table tennis and table football are available. Cycle routes start from the house in a lagoon landscape between freshwater canals and brackish water; from Sottomarina you can cycle and walk around the Lusenzo lagoon. From Chioggia, you can reach Piazza Vigo and take the vaporetto to the island of Pellestrina. You can alternate sun and sea with excursions to discover the immense historical and artistic heritage of the region: Venice and the islands of the lagoon can also be visited by boat from the nearby and beautiful Chioggia (7 km).
