About this apartment rental

Residence "Mediterraneo". 200 m from the centre of Rosolina, 600 m from the sea, 550 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (800 m2, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 11.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:30-19:00) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: restaurant, bar. Parking at the house. Bus stop "Rosolina" 10 km, sandy beach 550 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked.
3-room apartment 42 m2. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 sleeping facilities. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, mini-oven, freezer). Apartament położony w cichym miejscu. Do sklepu i pierwszej kawiarni z pyszną kawą 200m. Apartament moim zdaniem tylko dla 4 osób, ponieważ dwie następne osoby spały by na kanapie z roku 1979 :) , ciężko się na niej siedziało a co dopiero spało. Po wymianie na nową będzie apartament dla 6 osób. W domu czysto. W biurze na miejscu bardzo miła i pomocna Pani. Pan natomiast naburmuszony. Ogólnie za tą cenę polecam. Blisko do Chioggi - 20 minut jazdy samochodem. Do Wenecji godzina jazdy.

Wohnung im 1. OG des Hauses Capri mit Blick auf Pool. Sauberer Gesamteindruck. Küche ist abgewohnt, ausreichend mit Töpfen usw. ausgestattet. Stühle in der Wohnung sollten erneuert werden. Pool ist sehr großzügig und ab der ersten Septemberwoche sehr wenig genutzt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. WLAN funktionierte in der Wohnung, da Wohnung direkt über Büro der Anlage. Glück gehabt!
