Large, comfortable residence "Solmare". 300 m from the centre of Rosolina Mare, 700 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: swimming pool (25 x 13 m, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 08.Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: sun terrace. Parking at the house. Supermarket 250 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop "Rosolina" 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The photograph shows a typical example. Wir haben zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht. Das zweite Zimmer war entgegen der Beschreibung und den Bildern mit einem Etagenbett versehen.
Der Gesamteindruck war jedoch gut. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Dusche und WC sind ebenfalls sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche fehlte mir vielleicht der ein oder andere Topf aber prinzipiell ist genug ordentliches Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Wie üblich fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine. Die haben wir jedoch immer dabei.
Zwei Terrassen und genug Stühle sind vorhanden.
Einen wirklichen Minuspunkt gibt es jedoch. In Zeiten von Mail, Internet und Social Media ist W-Lan Pflicht. Das gab es nur im Bereich der Anmeldung. In einer solch großen Anlage für mich ein No-Go. Es muß ja nicht gleich Highspeed sein!
Hier hat die EU geholfen. Es gibt ja kein Rooming mehr. Das ging dann mit dem Smartphone ganz gut, Tablets eher schlecht.

Location conforme à l'annonce : petit appartement avec séjour/cuisine et 2 chambres, 1 grand lit, 2 petits lits. Le clic clac du salon se transformant en 3ème lit 2 places. Par contre, les matelas des lits sont trop mou, on dort mal. Quant à celui du clic clac, c'est pire. On avait 2 enfants en bas age, ils ont pu s'en accomoder, mais le clic clac est inadapté à des ados ou des adultes. Attention, nombreux moustiques dans la région. Enfin, la douche est minuscule et il n'y a pas de flexible, le pomeau est fixé au mur. Pas pratique pour laver des enfants en bas âge ! Dernier point : le nettoyage de fin de séjour est obligatoire et pas donné : 90€ pour 6, alors qu'il suffit d'un coup de balai et d'un coup de serpière. Au niveau des points positifs : clim, piscine agréable.
