The property consists of a villa (ITC957), a farmhouse slightly below (ITC958) and a more secluded former barn, which has been divided into 2 small apartments. Large common green area with inviting swimming pool located near the property driveway and bordering the road. There is the possibility of beautiful walks and purchase of farm olive oil, wine and vinsanto. The well-equipped cottage is furnished with comfortable furniture. ITC957: The basement (independent one-room apartment) is used by the owner for storage and only on Saturdays for receiving guests. The name of the town, Tavarnelle, indicates that already in Roman times there was a tavern in this place, which provided refreshments and lodging to travelers when they were on the roads between Florence, Siena and Rome. The surrounding countryside here is particularly rich in historic churches, buildings and farms.
