The house is accessible via a private road, has 3 large bedrooms, a carport and offers everything you need for a successful family vacation.
Take advantage of your stay to visit the greatest, French vineyards such as Monbazillac, Pomerol or St. Emilion. This region offers a wide range of landscapes and activities. The bastide of Monségur, 5 km away, welcomes you with its exceptional historical heritage. There you will find stores and a cinema, but also the jazz festival "Les 24 heures du Swing" in early July. Marmande, the capital of tomatoes, 20 km away, with its historic stones and the slopes where the AOC Côtes du Marmandais vines grow, is particularly splendid in spring. In summer, book an evening in Castillon, 35 km away, to witness the fabulous Battle of Castillon, which will take you to the heart of the Middle Ages.
