This comfortable villa is situated on an enclosed garden plot in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the town centre. The terraces, which are partly covered and pleasantly shady, partly open and sun-drenched, open out onto a lawn where individual trees provide welcome shade. A pool, which is fenced in for security, rounds off the wonderful outdoor area together with the summer kitchen. Montélimar, the capital of nougat, is a lively town between the Massif du Vercors and the Monts d'Ardèche. Here it welcomes you surrounded by the Valdaine, a plain where corn, lavender and almond trees are caressed by the many rays of sunshine. In addition to medieval villages such as Allan, Puygiron, Sauzet, La Laupie, Savasse and Marsanne, the marvellous landscape along a multitude of marked hiking trails is waiting to be discovered by you.
