Cozy house for 6 in Gouy St. Andre

Enjoy a special holiday in a historic setting and experience country life on a working farm. Make yourself at home in this beautiful holiday flat, which forms part of an impressive 17th-century monastery. High ceilings, exposed beams and brick walls preserve the building’s historic character. Relax in the spacious living area on the corner sofa or in the armchairs, and enjoy the warmth of the built-in fireplace on cooler evenings. Prepare your meals in the separate, well-equipped kitchen and then gather round the dining table. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the leafy grounds. Step out into your own garden, sheltered by tall hedges, and spend sunny hours on the lawn. Take a seat at the garden table, make use of the brick-built barbecue or relax on the sun loungers. Children will love the swings and slide, whilst the volleyball net and table tennis provide opportunities for family fun. You can also explore the extensive historic farm complex with its brick buildings, large lawns and impressive gatehouse. From Gouy-Saint-André, discover the green hinterland of the Côte d’Opale. Visit the former Cistercian abbey at Valloires with its famous gardens, or take a trip to the fortified old town of Montreuil-sur-Mer.
