In a medieval borgo, in a unique hilly position not far from Volterra (9 km) are these two identical vacation homes (end of row house; see also ITN192). From the modern kitchen-living room you step onto the terrace with a wide panoramic view over the unique hilly landscape of Volterra; pool shared with the other residents of the Borgo. Bright, friendly interior, living room with open fireplace. Third bedroom on the gallery (sloping roof1,40 m). Crib on request. Nearby destinations are San Gimignano (25 km), Siena (50 km) and the sandy beaches at Cecina (50 km). Unpaved access, unsuitable for low-slung cars and sports cars. In the borgo is also ITN197.
