It is located within a residence with many other independent holiday homes, is only accessible on foot via an internal road, the car park is 100m away. Your holiday accommodation is spread over two floors (ground floor and basement). Through a gate in the private garden and a staircase you can reach the lake, the beaches and the historic centre of Gargnano (150 m) in 5 minutes. The stairs to the lake and the small path from the car park are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The garden of the holiday home has a completely private area, which is separated by a small gate, as well as a shared area with another house.
