Great location.spacious for 3 people Clean
AC (living room only) and fan. Clean.
Tiny shower, washing machine didn’t rinse adequately, no basics like olive oil on kitchen.

Die Villa liegt so schön und ruhig und es wäre wirklich schön, wenn der Vermieter sich um diese Unzulänglichkeiten kümme
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig. Es ist angenehm einen PKW Stellplatz zuhaben. Die Nähe zur Ortsmitte und zum Hafen ist sehr gut. Die Betreuerin Olga war sehr freundlich und hat uns zu Beginn sehr geholfen.
Die Räume der Wohnung sind sehr einfacheingerichtet. Es fehlen z.B. ein Kleiderständer oder Kleiderhaken. Man kann nirgends einKleidungsstück aufhängen. Auch in der Küche fehlen jedwelche Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher usw. Billigstes IkeaGeschirr, kein Backofen oder Mikrowellengerät. Keinerlei Abtropf- oder Abstellmöglichkeit für abgewaschenes Geschirr usw. Das Mini Badezimmer hat ebenfalls keinerlei Haken etc. um etwas aufhängen zu können. In der winzigen Minidusche gibt es keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten für Duschgeel etc. Man gewinnt den Eindruck,dass bei der Innenausstattung weder eine Hausfrau oder Fachmann beteiligt waren. Der Kunde kann durchaus den Eindruck gewinnen, dass nur das Geldverdienen und nicht die Zufriedenheit der Kunden imVordergrund steht. Wir haben uns auch mit anderen Mietern, welche zur gleichen Zeit in der Villa Paolina waren,unterhalten. Sie waren alle der selben Meinung, wie wir und baten mich, ihnen das mitzuteilen.
