This cosy holiday home is located directly by the sea in Smricev Bad bay on the island of Hvar. You can relax on the concrete and rocky beach in front of the house. The house consists of two separate accommodation units, each with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living area. Ideal for larger families or friends who want to spend their holiday together. Enjoy the unique panoramic view while you have breakfast on the terrace. Boat hire on request from the owner for excursions or to get to the other side of the bay (approx. 300 m), where there is a pizzeria and restaurant. The house is approx. 100 metres from an unpaved road. - Air conditioning cold/hot - Pets: 1
