Very basic accommodation

It had a lot of bedrooms.

The bathroom - pokey and not terribly clean. Having to walk through someone’s bedroom to get to the bathroom was annoying. Also lots of noise from the street at night and there was major roadworks happening right outside. The diggers started at 7am every day.

Very expensive for a run-down shack, hosts do not care.

Walking distance to the ice hockey arena. Large refrigerator. Probably ok for large groups of men who want to see games and get drunk.

Everything else! The property itself is in a very bad condition, with rotting wood, dirty walls and the trashbins next to the front door. Entryway had a broken mirror. There were at most 2 usable bedrooms, very steep stairs to the upper floor (no bathroom). Some had no working lights. The bedsheets were not very clean and didn't fit on the bed. We didn't want to shower there. There is only one bathroom which you have to walk through to get to the back bedrooms. The TV is there only for decoration, has neither TV, satellite nor internet connection. Damaged sofa and plastic picture frames on the wall with no pictures in them left a very unwelcoming impression. You do not want to spend time here! We alerted the host to several issues including broken lights, non-working TV, etc. but he did not seem to be interested in fixing anything. The only parking is on the street which is currently under construction and was actually illegal to park there.

Tolle Wohnung

Sehr nett eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Platz. Der Vermieter ist nett und antwortet schnell. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen

Es gibt nur 1 Bad und auch nur eine Toilette. Im Haus gibt es Platz für bis zu 10 Personen, eine zweite Toilette wäre da schon gut. Und 2 Zimmer befinden sich als Durchgangsräume hinter dem Bad, das hintere der beiden hat aber eine eigene Außentür. Also alles machbar und einfach bautechnisch nicht anders umsetzbar.

Okey, men nedlæg 1. sal eller få trappen sat i stand

Trappen til første sal er voldsom stejl og trin er skæve og slidte og ikke egnet til hverken børn eller ældre. Måtte tilkalde ambulance og lægebil til Farfar der faldt ned af trappen og brækkede sin ene skulder. Det kunne snilt være endt med brækket nakke og dødelig udgang, men han var heldig.

Renligheden og basisfaciliteterne var tilgængelige. Derudover så var der flere indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. Man skulle dog over en bro, som ikke havde en rampe, der var egnet til barne/klapvogne.
