It was an amazing place very spacious and comfortable

It took a while for the shower to heat up and the internet wasn’t set up but they’re only small thing

Great location. Great amenities. Clean. Easy to access and easy to get keys

The place was advertised as though you could have 3 separate beds in each room which was certainly not the case and we had 7 separate friends staying all together which we would have liked 7 separate beds for. If we weren't able to have 7 separate beds we wouldn't have booked this. It would have been great if the host had contacted us about the bed arrangements we required instead of just assuming. We also had a high vehicle to park and were told that the carpark was 2.1m height restriction. It turned out that the carpark had a 2m height restriction which the host wasn't aware of and so we had to arrange parking elsewhere. Finally, the communication was very poor. The host sent a huge message when we booked the apartment about how they hoped this would be the start of a good relationship and good communication and asked me to reply to that message about the check in time and then I did not hear from them for days. It would have been a huge weight off my mind if I had been able to sort out finer details when I needed to and not at the last minute (i.e. one day before arrival).

Loved the layout of the apartment and proximity to surroundings. That basics like coffee/tea/sugar/milk were available for us was well appreciated, and unexpected.

The carpets were filthy, need a good shampooing. The patio and garden furniture were also not clean, we swept and dusted them off ourselves. Not all the glasses were clean, we ran them through the dishwasher before using them. The fold up bed, really needs replacement. Communication before we arrived wasn’t ideal. They gave the impression I was been done a favour, and not familiar with hiring a private property, but I paid top price and expected respect, a good quality product and service.
