Luxury Seaview Apartment ist ein fantastischer Ort mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Cres vom Balkon aus. Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Parken ist sehr gut organisiert, jedes Auto hat einen eigenen nummerierten Stellplatz. Vielen Dank an den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber.

Alles war toll eingerichtet und neu! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren nur vier Tage dort, haben uns aber rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und das Bett bequem. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, vom Balkon hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Es war ruhig und bei Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar. Es gab viele hilfreiche Tipps vor Ort, eine Gästemappe mit Empfehlungen und der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation über den Booking-Chat mit Saša lief super und vor Ort hat uns sein Vater freundlich empfangen.

Eigentlich gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zufahrt zum Apartment ist etwas schmal, aber nur kurz und gut machbar.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Adria

Sehr tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick! Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage zwischen Pula und Rijeka ist toll und der Hausstrand wenig besucht und wunderschön. Wir waren in Summe an 7 verschiedenen Stränden und der Hausstrand ist die Nr. 1. Jeder Zeit wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist luxuriös und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Uns vor allem ist es dirt sehr ruhig.

Remote location

I was the first guest after renovation on my bicycle trip from Rijeka to Pula. Location: This was the cheapest possible location for a solo traveller.This is one house located not far from the main road and pretty far from the sea. It is very uphill. I didn't check, if it is possible to get down to the beach if any. Inside: Fresh renovated, everything is new. Only 1 hostel room with 4 beds and bathroom inside. Better and newer than at other hostels. The owner showed me one of appartment. Freshly renovated with a small chitchen. Nice place to stay. The common chitchen area was ok, but needs more life. Currently some construction staff around. Hopefully it will be fully functional with more people around. I was able to cook for myself. Outside: I have got a feeling, there is nothing interesting around and just continued my trip. May be I was wrong, since there are buildings around - might be worth for a short walk.

Super Unterkunft - gerne wieder!

Bei den Bewertung für die Unterkunft kann ich mich den meisten Bewertungen anschließen. Wir waren in der obersten Etage untergebracht. Das Zimmer erfüllt voll die Beschreibung, ist sehr sauber und komplett mit guten Mückenschutzgittern ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist hervorragend. Parkplätze sind für jede Wohnung da. Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

Bemängeln möchte ich hier nur Kleinigkeiten zur Wohnung, was aber dem Gesamtbild nur 0,5 Punkte von 10 Abzug gibt. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, der Balkon hat nur Platz für einen kleinen Tisch und evtl. dem Wäscheständer. Hinweis zur Umgebung. Es gibt in dieser Ortschaft keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die nächsten Supermärkte oder Bäckereien liegen ca. 12 km entfernt. Durch die unbeschreibliche Aussicht auf das Meer darf man dabei nicht übersehen, dass dies eine Hanglage ist. Die Straßen sind in einem schlechten Zustand und sehr schmal. Man gewöhnt sich schon daran :-) Die Strände in dieser Gegend sind nur über längere Fußwege und Höhenunterschiede z.T. von 100 bis 150 Höhenmeter zu erreichen. Festes Schuhwerk ist angebracht. Dennoch ist die Lage und Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Did not like it.

Liked the view.

The sheets were freshly bought probably not even washed they still smelled like from the IKEA store. Also the balcony did not have a privacy screen so you share it with all of the apartments. Also the house rules imply that at 10PM there is silence which also did not happen. Plus the fridge was empty. Also the shower head leaked plus the shower itself was too small so expect a bit of a flood from the bathroom all the way to the kitchen. The beach is probably 1km away and not private.
