Von der Terasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick über die Kvarner Bucht. Der Strand von Brsec ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, allerdings sind es 2,5 km und einige Höhenmeter. Als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren nach Pula, in den Naturpark, nach Lovran oder andere Orte ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und es ist angehnehm, dass zwei Badezimmer vorhanden sind. Die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen waren sehr gut und hilfreich bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur.
In der Küche fehlten mir ein Sieb für Salat und Nudeln und ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten. Die Badezimmer haben keine Fenster und sind nur über einen Abzug zu entlüften, in einem der Bäder ist dieser recht laut und ging einmal erst wieder aus, nachdem ich die Sicherung ausgeschaltet hatte.
