Decor, cleanliness, friendly staff & breakfast was delicious!
You could hear the people above us walking around in their room and unfortunately it kept us awake in the early hours of the morning.

The property is a showroom of style. We loved looking around at how they had curated the place.
Our door handle came off and the door seal had come loose - but these were minor complaints about an exceptional property.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The decor was amazing and the bed comfortable. The shower and bathroom products were lovely.
Only one person had a light switch, which controlled both the bedside lights. When I requested a separate bedside light, a lamp was provided, but it was far too dim to be much use.
The door handle fitting was inadequate for such a heavy door and it kept coming off. I think the screw was tightened, after I mentioned it, but the handle came off again straight away.
Nice to have fresh milk in the fridge, but it was only refreshed on request.
