Ocean Block Condo 100 Steps From the Beach

The property was exceptionally clean, if I could have, I would have rated it an eleven but ten was the max. Every question that I posed was quickly responded to by Dana with gracious tone. The owners clearly loved decorating the property, as it is beautifully set as if it were staged by professionals. The kitchen and bathroom were immaculately cleaned!! My wife and travel often and stay in all kinds of places but this was in the top three as far a cleanliness!! Job well done Dana and Mrs. Dana!!

I loved the view. I loved the Artmosphere and just all over the place!

The property was clean from top to bottom and super accommodating for myself, my boyfriend, and my 9 year old son. I mean, the property truly had everything for convenience - ice packs for the cooler, toiletries, plenty of blankets, onsite laundry facilities, pull out couch, board games when we need a break from the beach, etc. The definition of a “home” away from home! This condo was so well decorated, so many cute little details that really give you the “beach house” vibes! We absolutely will be back, maybe even before the end of summer if we can swing another beach trip in August!

Rugs in home do not have rug pad and twice I slipped. I removed the rug and found large amounts of sand beneath rug. It made me think the home had not been thoroughly cleaned I told the owner I removed the rug and found sand ; she had a cleaner come and vacuum the sand and return the rug to the same place. ( I had told owner the rug was not secured and possibly a fall danger). Still same underneath after cleaner came and no pad. This rug in hallway is a fall or slip risk! This is a third floor walk up but it is really a four floor walk up because to get to the first floor one much walk a flight of stairs
