The dorm is right next to the station, which is super nice, and relatively easy to go to the city. The room has its own bathroom, and I had access to the laundry and kitchen, even though some places online said otherwise.
The room was very dirty. Hairs in the bed and on the walls of the bathroom. Even bloodstains in the bathroom? The floor was totally dirty, and the bed was also super uncomfortable. I found a vacuum outside my room one day and used it, but I still felt like the room was unclean. Moreover, the room was lacking basic stuff such as a bin or a toilet brush. There's no air conditioning, which is tough in the London heat. I had to buy a fan and would sometimes stay in the lobby, where they (sometimes) would leave the ac on. Lastly, the staff isn't really doing much, and I didn't get any basic information on where to find the laundry or any other things. Also, they didn't respond to my message.
