The bridge that’s before u enter the resort, was scared to drive on it.

Champagne Lane – Service Feedback Unfortunately, our experience at Champagne Lane was not as good as expected. In the rooms: the bathroom carpet was dirty. The towels had a bad odour. The drying rack for clothes was broken. Heated pool: The heated pool was not working when we arrived. We were told/realised that it had been switched off, which was disappointing, especially as the heated pool was one of the facilities we expected to use. Pool table: The pool table was advertised as an activity for the kids, but there was no change available for the machine. We also felt that R10 per game was quite expensive for children. There was no shop or restaurant at the resort where we could easily get change or purchase refreshments. Security: The security at the resort was good, and we felt safe during our stay. Lighting: The lighting around the resort was very poor at night. Several areas were quite dark, which made it difficult to move around comfortably and safely after dark. Overall, we feel that the facilities and services could be improved, particularly the heated pool, children's activities, availability of refreshments/change, and lighting at night.
