The property was decent for a one night stay (for us it was an overnight stay). Clean.
The place was very hot (mid-September). Had to stay with AC on the whole night.
After 22:00 the chances to find a parking spot are close to null.

Gutes WiFi, viele Steckdosen am Bett. Recht neue Einrichtung, sauber. Zentrale Lage mit Bushaltestellen und Läden nahebei.
Die Anweisungen zum Finden und Öffnen des Schlüsselkastens kamen spät und erst nach wiederholter Nachfrage. Obwohl vorher extra erfragt, würde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass ein Stockwerk Treppe zu Fuß zu gehen ist.
Die Tür zwischen WC/Bad und Küche ist allenfalls symbolisch vorhanden. Küchenausstattung ist dürftig. Eine Seite der Terrassentür hing aus den Angeln. Obwohl sofort nach Ankunft darauf hingewiesen wurde, blieb das so. Nur ein Handtuch und das von zweifelhafter Sauberkeit. Nur ein Bettlaken zum Zudecken im November. Die Decke im Schrank wirkte nicht gerade sauber. Da keine Markise o.ä. über dem Sitzplatz draußen ist, kann man bei Regen oder intensiver Sonne nur auf dem Bett sitzen. Minimale Einrichtung, nicht mal ein Stuhl und fast keine Ablageflächen.
