L'appartement est comme neuf Tout est nickel, moderne et parfaitement propre Merci pour le lave linge, la lessive, les condiments, machine à café etc . Matériel de qualité en général Fenêtres oscillobatantes partout La douche est très bien.
Escalier abrupt et dangereux, accès compliqué avec 2 séries de code, pas de clé avec les valises dans une petite ruelle en travaux... Insonorisation du 2ème étage et des voisins La chambre est petite car le lit très confortable prend toute la place, on se cogne dans la TV qui est au mur, il faudrait la retirer car il y a déjà une grande dans la pièce de vie. La salle d'eau est lumineuse mais exiguë (lavabo WC) Manque une petite poêle (il y a une seule grande)

Estaba muy bien equipado el apartamento.
La falta de limpieza en las almohadas, y la alfombra para los pies de la ducha, las primeras estaban sucias y con pelos, tanto las de la cama como las de repuesto. La alfombra del baño olía mal se venía muy sucia y usada, no las cambian cuando hay cambios de huéspedes. Algunos de los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios.

Muito bem cuidado e bonito. A cozinha muito bem equipada. No quarto tem condicionado, as almofadas e a cama eram muito confortáveis.
A localização, infelizmente tem casas abandonadas e é muito mal frequentada a zona. De noite não saímos. Ouve-se música tecno alta às vezes até às 22h00.

The surrounding buildings of the accommodation are very run down and messy. The areas look in slam and unsafe. It’s not for people who has mobility issues to stay in this accommodation
