Really amazing host who was very kind, very accommodating allowed an earlier check in and cold water ready in fridge. 10-20 min walk to supermarkets, shops and tourist destinations .
Some items were missing like oven gloves,washing machine was a bit smelly, clothing drying rack was broken and ironing board did not have a cover.

The location was brilliant. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and tram stop and all the old town tourist attractions. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Air conditioning was a blessing in the hot conditions.
A complimentary water bottle on arrival would have been nice as we arrived late in the evening. Also sound proofing could help to prevent noise from the Terrace above late at night.

Not a functional internet. It was keep disconnecting every 3-4 minutes. Ants in the room,
