Bardzo przyjemnie i nowocześnie urządzona mikro kawalerka mimo tych niewielkich rozmiarów. Wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu, mikrofala, czajnik, kuchenka, ect. Dobry kontakt z obsługą, klucze w skrytce na kod. Czysto. Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo pozytywnie zaskakuje, stąd te 8/10.
Ekstremalnie niebezpieczna okolica, burdy w nocy na ulicy i w budynku. Libacje alkoholowe, Na ulicy w bramach stoją łysi "kibice". Klatka schodowa budynku zniszczona, śmieci, smród. Sama kawalerka super, ale brak: kosza na śmieci, wieszak na kurtki spada, źle zamocowany, brak firanki czy innej zasłonki przed wzrokiem patologii z naprzeciwka (jest roleta zaciemniająca na noc). Był tylko jeden niewielki ręcznik. Wymeldowanie do 10:00 rano.
