Lokalizacja, naprawdę dobra, bardzo blisko jeziora.
Generalnie teren zaniedbany. Pod domkiem jakaś graciarnia, nawet nie zasłonięta. Balia płatna 600 dodatkowo za cały pobyt (nie skorzystaliśmy, bo była zwyczajnie brudna. Był wrzucony jakiś środek typu chlor szok a woda była brudna, nie wymieniona przed nowymi gośćmi. Nie chcieliśmy za to płacić ekstra).
