If you book through ***, good luck! You will get absolutely no support from ***. We were left with no extra towels and no extra toiletries. When you have an issue, you are greeted by a useless AI assistant that can't even find your booking. To make matters worse, if you try emailing ***, they simply never respond. We ended up having to run to Target just to buy basic toiletries. ZERO follow-up communication, there was zero remorse and zero customer service. Agoda wasn't able to help either. I will absolutely be requesting a full refund for all of these inconveniences and troubles. Never again!

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. View of the driving range. Forced valet. Casino was way too far. $150 cleaning fee to change the sheets. Stains all over the carpet. Was sent an email day of that room was not confirmed through Agoda. Panicked and almost booked another one. Will plan better next time.
