Clean and comfortable.
The parking fee. I expect that at SFO but not in Concord. It was not disclosed when I made the reservation. I felt like they were “nickel-diming” me!

new facility, located in the heart of downtown Concord. adequate parking spots. security on the front door made the interior safe for customers. Ladies prepping breakfast did a nice job, kept everything refreshed and plentiful.
No maid service for each of the three days stay. Front desk comp'ed the parking fee to make up for no maid service. I was not aware that they had a $30/day parking fee. Neighborhood is noisey with cars, trucks, motos. Hotel property borders a liquor store where there were several people hanging around outdoors drinking; seemed like it was more like the "hood". property has only a one way in / one way out causing a couple extra round trips to get into the lot. Showerhead had only one adjustment in room #219
