I asked for a one hour late check The staff informed me to handover the bed at 10am regular time and advise to use the common wash room to freshen up. No flexibility in check out requests

Room, bed are good. Washroom is okay. Bed sheets need better maintenance.

Laundry area needs better maintenance.

Since this is my first experience of a Zostel. I liked the concept, where i met different people from different part of the country. The facility is good for stay. the inhouse vibe at living room, balcony and the indoor games with front gate swing sofa. The neighborhood is quiet cool place. I would like to suggest this to my friends for sure.

The washroom cum toilet is too small to be used for both shower and toilet. and being regular use, by employed people and the rush makes the washroom very unhygienic or untidy. also dumping of too many bathing soaps, and toiletries makes the bathroom messy. Should do something to improve it.

The place looks so clean, quiet and calm. The ambience was exceptional. Vibe was also good.

Despite of paying for a super deluxe bed or whatever the category they mentioned, I received a small dormitory bed just below the AC vent where if I fold my legs while sleeping it would touch the ac. I couldn't even fit and had to sleep on a corner due to the AC. I informed this to the host and he was not bothered saying everything else is booked. At least this should have been communicated prior as no guest would assume the bed to be inch below the ac.
