Well-located for the National Watersports Centre. Extremely clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Adequate parking for two cars. Prompt response to queries and issues. We also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and the extra bedding and towels.
Unfortunately, we discovered a leak from one of the showers while we were by there. The letting company responded promptly, but it did mean that we were limited to using one shower for the duration of our stay. As there were 4 of us plus a child, this did get a little tight! Scissors and a small chopping knife in the kitchen would be useful additions.

Great location for us near the sports centre for the rowing, the smoke alarm was beeping bu they came straight away and sorted it. Lovely courtyard garden to chill in, beds were very comfy and it was really clean.
Sadly the oven didn't work so I couldn't use the food we had brought but were leaving early the next day so wasn't time to let the host know.

Location, 4 beds for 4 family members
The mattresses were like the old, thin type you get in caravans - a bit like sleeping on coat hangers. If these could be changed, you’d have comfortable beds. Also look behind the beds and there’s dust, flaking paint etc
