The host was very good, keeping communication of when the property was ready and giving simple, straightforward steps to retrieve the key, but also allowed for a special request of checking in early as we has plans in the day time

Location was easy to find and an easy walk back to the Motorpoint Arena. The accommodation was comfortable and shower was efficient.
Rooms were warm.
Max - the host was helpful and prompt in answering my questions.
Minor niggles... no teaspoons and only tiny teacups! We're used to big mugs!

Outside area needs sorting
Needs blind in smaller room
It was noisy as walls very thin
Don't use the cheap toaster as it sets off the alarm and toast wasn't burnt
Strange shower set up in a cupboard
No control over heating so cold in the morning
