Garden of Eden in Koukaki

Spacious, clean, location

Perfect location surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, a few minutes from the metro and bus and short walk to the Acropolis. The balcony is huge and wraps around the corner of the building so shady and sunny, whichever you prefer. The apartment is light and breezy with big windows (with rolling shutters/blinds and fly screens). Check-in was easy and the owner was very responsive to messages.

The water pressure isn't great and some of the furniture is a bit tired but nothing was broken or unusable. The buses on the street below can be a bit noisy at night with the windows open.

Majoituspaikkaan on helppo saapua metrolla. Tärkeät nähtävyydet ovat kävelymatkan päässä. Sijainti siis loistava! Huoneisto on oikein siisti. Suuri kattoterassi on hieno.

Mi è piaciuto molto il quartiere a due passi dall’Acropoli e vicino alla più caotica Plaka (7 min a piedi), pieno di posticini per fare colazione o una cena gestiti da local e con cura dei dettagli

Il divano deve essere rifoderato perchè presenta segni visibili di usura, le sedie nel terrazzo sono vecchie e servirebbe una pitturata generale alla casa e alla porta del bagno. Le lenzuola erano ruvide e non c’era il lenzuolo per il materasso con gli angoli (scomodo) e soprattutto mancava un coprimaterasso che trovo essere fondamentale per evitare di trovarsi a contatto diretto con il materasso…. Anche gli asciugamani a mio avviso, avendo pernottato per 5 giorni avrebbero dovuto cambiarli almeno al terzo giorno o lasciare una coppia pulita nell’armadio.
