Come and stay in my apartment in Koukaki, the most strategic and charming neighborhood in Athens, the best location to explore and enjoy the city's urban life with a lot of trendy coffees and restaurants nearby.
Stylish and newly renovated apartment in the center of the city is 3 min to Syngrou Fix Metro station, 8 min to both Acropolis and buzzing neighborhood of Plaka.
As you step inside, you will be embraced with an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area providing you the utmost comfort.
Fully furnished 55 sqm apartment features a spacious and cozy living room with a comfy sofa-bed, one bedroom with a double bed and ample storage place, a spacious modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, brand new fully-equipped kitchen and two balconies.
The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 4 persons.
- Espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher,washing machine, hobs, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery

The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you hot water 24/7.

"Syggrou Fix" is the closest Metro station and the bus station is only 150 meters away.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

This apartment is located in close proximity to all the attractions. It only took 8 minutes to walk up to the Acropolis. The staff is very nice. I enjoyed my stay so much will stay here again. There are many excellent restaurants just a short walk away, and a coffeeshop right next door. The neighborhood is also very safe.

The apartment was fine, location was also good. The biggest issue was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, hard, and either needed to be replaced or needed a memory foam topper. Other than that, all was fine. The Property Manager, George was easy to get in touch with a communication was good. We enjoyed our stay😀

The apartment looks like the photos. George was very nice and the location was PERFECT. Easily walk able to the bus station and the Acropolis/station. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. There is a really nice coffee shop next door too. The elevator is small but works just fine. However, while the location was good, the bed was absolutely terrible. It needs a mattress topper or to be replaced. We were only there two nights and two nights was too many sleeping on that bed. It is ROCK HARD and you can feel every spring. We used our bedding as padding and it didn't help. If I had been alone I would have slept on the couch. The host is super nice and the location is great but the apartment could use a little sprucing. The shower floods if it is on too high/10 mins inside and there is mold as a result of too much standing water. Again the location is great and George was very nice, but the apartment needs some TLC. We were also able to drop off our luggage early which was a blessing.
