location ok not far from Perrenporth, and Fistral beach Newquay our favourite place, also visited St Angnes
disappointed at first with the park, as were another family with kids that we spoke too ,we had expected a little more on site at least a park for the kids and a pool ,although lovely grounds, peaceful, there were workmen and machinery right next to us but understand still developing the site and didn't bother us too much as we were out every day and evening anyway, but would certainly stay again

Lovely caravan, immaculate
Park has no facilities but it is a new park and they are building on there at the moment so may have more to offer in the future
