The bell tower house

Very modern and clean rooms and facilities. Good HVAC and WiFi. Great hosts! Communications and responses were very prompt.

We didn’t have hot water due to prior guests having turned off the hot water heater. Make sure that upon arrival, that the hot water heater switch is on in the bathroom on the first floor.

Les hôtes étaient présents à notre arrivée pour nous montrer les lieux et étaient adorables. Une cuisine est à disposition. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Le petit déjeuner est déjà présent la veille au soir, et est pris de manière autonome, il était complet (absence de salé, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé).

This was a very late and impromptu booking where the host was very responsive and supportive of our schedule. The apartment was exactly as it was advertised. It was very clean with great breakfast provision and great utilities and equipment. The views of the surrounding area were spectacular with the upper balcony being a bonus. The host met us at check in and provided a thorough review of the apartment and all the amenities. They provided extremely good information on the local restaraunts and made a great recommendation which was important in a small Italian hill village.

No issues come to mind.

Abbiamo prenotato una notte in questo B&B per la vicinanza dall’autodromo di Racalmuto, senza troppe aspettative ma con grande stupore abbiamo trovato questo fantastico posto dotato di tutti i comfort e situato in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. La camera molto spaziosa, pulitissima come anche la biancheria a disposizione. La colazione ricca. Un grazie particolare a Ilaria che ci ha saputi accogliere anche telefonicamente in maniera impeccabile e calorosa, ci ha consigliato dove cenare e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni a noi necessarie. 🙏🏼 Ci siamo sentiti a casa, torneremo presto!
