Craster Coastal Cabins

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed and we loved the scenery!

Great hosts. Helped us take bags to Clover hut. Stunning uninterrupted coastal views with plenty of wildlife spotted including dolphins, a minke whale, hares and lots of sheep and a few characterful cows! Dark nights are amazing incredible views. The covered porch section is excellent for sitting taking everything in whatever the weather. Appreciated smart design like outdoor cupboard for handing coats and storing walking boots. Spotless :) Kitchen well appointed gas over toaster kettle all the pans you could need and nice crockery, glasses and cutlery. Dishsoap, sponge, soap, cloth and tea towel. Salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk. Two stools to sit and eat at breakfast bar. A torch and binoculars along with a nice blanket. Two towels each good size body and smaller towel. Lovely hot shower with hand held shower head and waterfall shower head. Comfy bed… although I might bring an extra pillow just personal preference. You get two pillows each. Nice white bedding. TV, two really comfy armchairs. The pod was lovely and warm - we didn’t have to turn on heating or get the opportunity to use the wood burner but would love to come back in the winter months. Short walk along coastal path to Craster. Hosts contactable via text if you need anything. Wouldn’t change a thing. It’s so well designed. I realise I haven’t mentioned the lighting which is so good allowing you to create an almost spa level of tranquility. Speaking to host they are prioritising guests peace and understand letting people enjoy only each others company for a bit is priceless.
