Craster Crew Quarters

The extensive kitchen equipment made staying in the property very easy. There were many and varied utensils including a full range of knives, a teapot (so rare nowadays), an air fryer and an array of glasses. No shortage of anything at all. The property was sparkling clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The inside space available was roomy and the outside seating welcome in the afternoon sun. The host went above and beyond to help us on leaving behind a jacket and even the neighbours were particularly friendly and great ambassadors for the area. Although Craster is small, the gastro pub, cafe and fish & chips van meant we ate well and were able to sample the local fayre.

Just what we were looking for. Not that Craster is a large village but Crew Quarters is only 5 mins walk from The Jolly Fisherman and about 50m off the coast path … perfect. It’s furnished and finished to a high standard and very comfortable.

It was spacious and near the sea. It was of a high standard, well equipped and very comfortable, with the outside space very well maintained. The owners communicated very well. There was a welcome pack which we appreciated.

We had difficulty finding the property as it wasn’t obvious from the road, despite using “what3words”. Parking outside wasn’t the easiest as it was on a corner.
