Location was good, very short walk to the pool area. Baby gate at the top of the stairs was really helpful. Well equipped apartment. Helpful staff.

Air con in the bedrooms broke down. We had to set the aircon in the living room permanently to 16 degrees to cool the whole apartment. It was still warm at night though. The property compensated us 10% for the inconvenience. One of the single beds is very squeaky. When the single beds are together as a double bed they could do with a clip or mattress cover to keep them together. The entrance is opposite a derelict building, the fence/cover of this building is falling over/ripped. It doesn’t really give the best first impression when first seeing it.

The accommodation was clean and well equipped. When the hot water system refused to work, somebody came very quickly to deal with it.

This property is called "Casa Oceanus with pool and balcony". It should be called "Casa Oceanus WITHOUT pool". The property details emphasises the availability of a swimming pool but the pool was empty and surrounded by construction equipment so it wasn't even possible to use the gardens surrounding the empty pool. We should have told in advance that the pool was out of use, or given the chance to cancel and book somewhere else or we should have been offered a reduced rental. We were not even told that the pool was out of use when collecting the keys. This is poor communications and a poor way to treat customers. Main view from the property is over a ruined house.
