My second trip to Jharipani, Mussoorie, but my first stay at Ghais Sunrise Homestay — and it was absolutely worth it. The property is peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature, and at this budget you simply won’t find any other stay in this location. The host, Mr. Sanjay G, is incredibly good and a wonderful host.

Why didn't i found out about this place sooner

Property k caretaker Mr. Sanjay ne mere arrival se pehle hi saare details share kar diye. Main profession se driver hoon aur raat ko late property pohcha, phir bhi woh mera wait kar rahe the. Room mein jaake maine ek garam shower liya aur comfortable bed par aaram se so gaya.

My experience was very disappointing and completely different from what was shown online. The room was not clean, and there were insects in the room which made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic. On top of that, the checkout time mentioned online was 11:00 AM, but the hotel staff kept forcing us to leave by 10:00 AM. They repeatedly knocked on the door again and again, which disturbed us and felt very unprofessional. This behavior and the poor room condition ruined our experience. I request you to please look into this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution/refund for the inconvenience caused.
