Perfect stay in Umbria.
Great facility, accessible and perfectly suited for a family. Absolutely amazing breakfast. The gastronomy shop is really good. But most iportantly - the staff and specifically Elena were so nice and welcoming. It felt like home for a few nights.

Exceeded our expectations
I've went at Collazone with a group of 6 friends to attend a wedding nearby and booked 3 apartments. The staff has been incredibly nice and professional from the beginning till the end of our stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. We have been also a bit lucky because we were the only ones staying that night and the staff prepared us a huge breakfast the next day that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!!!

A really great appartment, in a good central spot in Umbria.
This was an excellent flat, with a lovely bedroom, with French doors to a patio. The kitchen was small and had everything you could need for a longer stay. The sitting / dining room had a sofa bed, a tv and a dining table, and was roomy. The toilet and shower room was great, and quite big. Outside the front door was a sitting area under a veranda, which, in summer will be a real bonus. We were made very welcome by Elena, the owner - owner's daughter. She speaks impeccable English, not to mention Spanish and German, and is very friendly and helpful. The group of apartments have the family delicatessen shop below, which sells most things you could want to put together an impromptu meal, and the residence has a supermarket about a mile away. All in all a perfect place from which to visit all of Umbria.

Bellissima scoperta
Una bellissima residenza immersa nella natura, arredata bene con tutto ciò che serve per cucinare e passare delle belle serate su un terrazzo fronte giardino. L'appartamento è comodissimo per soggiornare fino a 4 persone con l'ausilio di un comodo divano letto matrimoniale.posto in soggiorno .Ampio bagno con doccia, camera da letto matrimoniale, cucinotto con piano induzione,utensili e macchina del caffè. Insomma una bella soluzione per passare un piacevole soggiorno.Proprietari simpatici e gentili. Consigliatissimo!!

Situata a Collazzone piccolo centro a circa 20 km da Perugia ad un minuto dalla superstrada. La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta, pulizia impeccabile, lenzuola e asciugamani perfettamente puliti e profumati, materassi ottimi. Eravamo in 7 adulti abbiamo preso due appartamenti ognuno con una stanza matrimoniale ed un divano letto ed abbiamo dormito tutti benissimo. Elena, la proprietaria, super attenta alle nostre esigenze, è stata deliziosa e non ci ha fatto mancare niente. Che dire se vi capita di andare in Umbria e volete un alloggio comodo e ben posizionato e con un buon rapporto qualità e prezzo io ve lo consiglio. Ancora grazie Elena per la sua disponibilità.
