Die Lage war super und tolles Grundstück, Uneinsehbarkeit des Anwesens, viele Räume im Haus, großer Pool und Garten.
Sauberkeit des Hauses (Z.B. Schimmel in Kaffeemaschine, nichtgeputzte Küche, Backofen nicht benutzbar, Möbel teilweise defekt, in Schränken teilweise Abfall, z.B. Bierflasche in Kinderzimmer). Pool war nicht aktiv bei Ankunft (Pumpen aus und verdreckt). Wurde dann schnell behoben, aber kein toller erster Eindruck.
