Nice and cozy apartment with terrace in a residence surrounded by greenery, in Porto Rotondo.



The apartment, located on the first floor of a residence, opens onto the living area, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen with a peninsula complete with oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and a living room, with a dining table, a sofa, a television and large french windows overlooking the terrace. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two with a queen-size bed and one with a bunk bed. The master bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower complete the layout.



The highlight of the house is the beautiful furnished terrace with dining area and relaxation area with sofas and armchairs in which to relax.

*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.



*The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. A Swimming cap could be required.

The jewel in the crown of the Gallura region, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most fashionable places in Sardinia and Italy. In fact, it is the holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the structures developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that stretches from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture are also of paramount importance to this Venice-inspired resort, whose houses with flower-decked terraces overlook the picturesque alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco.
