Cozy and comfortably furnished, this apartment is a peaceful retreat after an eventful day at the beach, a long bike ride, an outing, or other activities. The Heidefirst apartment offers a place of peace and relaxation in every season. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance and features a small terrace with patio furniture. The well-maintained, spacious communal garden is perfect for relaxing and playing.
The 50-square-meter non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 2 people. It features a living/dining room with satellite TV, a radio, a sofa, an armchair, and a dining table with 2 chairs. The small kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, built-in closet, and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, and hair dryer.
The apartment includes a parking space. Bicycle storage is available.
No children under 3 years of age.



The vacation home at Am Deich 30 is a little gem. Located right on the dike, in the midst of a breathtakingly beautiful garden where “pure nature” still lives up to its promise, stands this rustic, traditional thatched-roof house—a hallmark of the region—with its four oases of relaxation where you can leave the stresses of daily life behind. Each apartment has its own terrace with patio furniture and a parking space. Bicycle storage is also available.
Within a 5–10-minute walk: a playground on the beach, the North Sea lagoon, a play barn for children, bowling, many restaurants, bike rentals, a bakery, souvenir shops, and much more.
Accessible by bike or car: Fedderwardersiel fishing harbor (3 km) and the Wega II excursion boat, grocery stores, a climbing park, dairy farms, the Feldhausen dyke sheep farm, and Center Parcs Tossens with the Aqua Mundo water park.



On-site costs: The visitor’s fee is settled on-site with the property management. A laundry package can be rented on-site for €17.00 per person. In the “Wintergarten,” “Deichblick,” and “Möwennest” apartments, two dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €5.00 per day. Pets are not allowed in the “Heidefirst” apartment.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
