About this house rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath 1520 sqft home located in the downtown area of Auburn. Easy walk to local restaurants and attractions (less than 5 minutes). Fully furnished with everything you need for a short or long term stay. On the main level you'll find 1 bedroom with king bed and 1 full bath, kitchen, dining and living room with 58" roku TV. 2nd level has 2 bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other 2 queen beds, both bedrooms have 32" roku TV. Full bath located off hallway upstairs.

The house was spotless and well stocked and is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Tiny negative points...no phone number for contacting owner. Also, really needs a few more spoons. We would have liked a DVD player, but again, a minor point. Also, one upstairs fan doesn't work currently. If you are older, be advised that the stairs are quite steep for those of us with creaky knees. All complaints are minor and we would do it again.

Air conditioning was not up to par. When we were there it was 95-100 degrees. Even though it said we could adjust the air conditioning it would not go under 75 degrees and was only vented through 2 5 inch vents in the floor. Barely seeping out. Also 2 bedrooms upstairs with no air conditioning and no fans either. It was a hot box. Very uncomfortable for summer months. Also, ice maker did not make any ice for the 2 days that we were there. Would recommended in winter, but not in summer as the air conditioning is not adequete for the house.
