About this apartment rental
This beautiful loft atop a Chalet in historic Marietta is down a tree-lined drive into a private enclave shared by 3 families and their homes. Guests MUST be at least 21 years old to be accepted. The Loft is within walking distance of WellStar Kennestone Hospital. This is perfect for anyone working in Marietta. This space is NOT designed for children, pets, or any more than 2 people. This property is highly recommended for a person traveling for business who needs to stay 30 days or more. The host may conduct a random identity verification to protect both the host and guest from identity theft and illegal activities. If selected, you’ll receive a link to our portal. There is no cost to you, and the process takes less than five minutes, so please complete it as soon as possible before your arrival.
For stays of more than a month, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.

Atlanta metro area, recreational marijuana use has largely been decriminalized or is no longer actively enforced, so you may encounter people using it outside our property, around the neighborhood, or in town. Unfortunately, we cannot stop other people's life choices.
Our property is situated in suburban, wooded Georgia, where it’s common to encounter Palmetto bugs (also known as waterbugs) and small spiders. Palmetto bugs are a type of cock roach that lives in trees throughout Georgia. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, seeing one might be unsettling at first, but they are harmless. These bugs can enter any home, from small cottages to luxury estates. For this reason, while you may see a bug or two it does not represent an infestation. Rest assured that M&T Hospitality Solutions conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods of time.

The loft was cozy with well-designed space for kitchen/dining, lounging, and sleeping. Tracey was very responsive and accommodating. Located in a beautiful neighborhood walkable to Marietta Square, the hospital, the River to Mountain Trail, and some cute restaurants and coffee shops.

I stayed just 3 nights and this studio apartment was very comfortable. The recliner chair was just what I needed after setting in a classroom all day. This place is tucked back off the road and is very quite. There are a fair number of stairs to climb (above a garage) but they are a comfortable rise and well railed.
